When I first started going to the gym, I signed up Oct. 1st. By the time the Jan. 1st rolled around,  I felt like I belonged in the gym and had the momentum to keep going all year. If I joined Jan. 1st, I might have been discouraged by the crowded gym and the quitters quitting everywhere around me.

If you are just getting started in January with your Resolutions ― do not fear.

They say a tree planted yesterday is best, but the second best time is NOW.

If you need some new Years Resolutions ideas that will transform your life, keep reading. After reading this list three times the Resolutions will become your 9 New Years Hardcore No-B.S. Commandments. If followed, you will be blessed with good fortune.

1) “NOW” Mentality Instead of the “I’ll do it tomorrow” Mindset

Now is the only moment that exists. Time is a man made construct. There is no such thing as the “80s” except in our collective socio-cultural mind. In other words, it is a man made idea― it is not physical reality.

I’ve never read the book “The Power of Now” because all you need know is to. . .

Seize the day and get on your way!

The NOW mentality includes being content with your life NOW rather than after getting the girl(s), finishing school, getting the job, building the business, sculpting the body, and earning the millions. If you are not content NOW, you will not be content after achieving your goal. Embrace the struggle.

Speaking of seizing the day, the second No B.S. New Year’s Resolution is:

2) Waking up early.

Nothing is better than waking up early. There is no better feeling than getting all the chores done before day break.

If you wake up late, the day gets pissed away.

Anyone creating a side hustle, a business, or a family can benefit from being an early riser. Go to bed before 10 and wake up at 5, but no later than 7. You want to see the sun come up after you’ve checked off some to-dos on your list. Some of my best days in terms of productivity started at 4AM in the morning.

For anyone wanting to wake up early and kick ass in 2019 I highly recommend following the 30 Days of Discipline pilgrimage. I’ve only done it twice, but each time is catapulted me into a new level of success.

I recommend following it before signing up for a gym membership because if you can’t do some push-ups and body squats, you have no business wasting your money paying for a gym membership. 3) Build A Waterfall of Wealth

Money is like water― that is why you deposit it at a bank and businesses have cash flow. Create value in this world and the money will flow to you.

Start with small river if you have to.

If you have a job right now, start a side-hustle. If you have a side-hustle, grow it into a real business. If you have a small business, make it into an empire.

You could even start making $ today by renting out your living space on air-bnb. By month 3 on air-bnb, I was bringing in an equivalent amount of money to my day job.

 Spending a few bucks on a book and a some time on a new hustle you end up not liking is better than spending half a decade studying for a career you end up not liking!

I know whenever I’m in a money pinch, I can reactivate my profile and not have to worry about going broke if I lose an income stream. Very few degrees guarantee you an income ― it ain’t 1920 no more!

If you are building a business, outsourcing some tasks to freelancers on sites like Fiverr is a good idea. I imagined my site having a calligraphy header, but I didn’t not know how to do calligraphy so I hired a guy on fiverr to make it.

Extra money brings you extra confidence.

If you have to go on unemployment if you lost your job or a client tomorrow, how can you be truly confident?

If women or your boss/ clients sense your lack of confidence, they will test you and push you around until you turn into a little bitch they abuse. Not only that, they will hate you and blame you for them treating you that way!

With that said, the next No B.S. New Years Resolution is:

4) Stand Your Ground and Do Not Let Them Push You Around!

2019 is a great year for standing your ground. Do not let anyone push you around this year. If people are rude or passive aggressive, call them out on it. If someone is disrespecting you, do not let it slide or else  you will become a target.

A man who stands his ground isn’t pushed around. He is respected and admired.

If you take no B.S you will no longer be a target of petty B.S.

After the initial thrill of practicing this skill, use it to call back in favors. Get money that is owed to you, get new  clients or a raise, and let women know with your actions that you won’t kiss her butt on command. She will love you for it.

I’d venture to guess 100% of B.S in marriage and relationships comes from weak men who won’t stand there ground!

If a man is rubber instead of a rock, women will bend you and lose respect for you.

I cringe each time I see a woman leading a man in a store, or a woman belittling a man in public because I know how dry her pussy is (until she cheats). They are both unhappy and in need of a sexual polarity adjustment. Woman love and respect a man who stands his ground. Even if they are initially angry and leave, they will come back.

With that said, never sign a marriage contract that gives the government control of your relationships.

Speaking of relationships, our fifth hardcore No B.S. New Years Resolution is:

5) No More Mediocre Romantic Relationships!

Nancy-boy men these days are afraid of being alone. What, you need constant female attention to feel good? Give me a break. Men these days are wearings skirts instead of the pants. 

If you need romantic attention to validate yourself, you are acting as a woman.

If you are a man acting as a woman, it will lead to unfulfilling relationships and an unfulfilled life. A woman acts as a woman to achieve happiness, and a man acts as a man to achieve happiness.

2019 is going to be the year of great relationships with women- or none at all. She will be highly interested in you, submit to you, and respect you or else you walk away. If there is no woman who will do all of these things for you, work on yourself until you are a man who attracts these women.

Work on yourself for yourself anyways because woman are just a cherry on top to a kick ass lifestyle. Women don’t want to “complete” you or any of that B.S. They want a strong, independent man on his mission.

You give away your power if you chase, and you gain power if you attract.

This maxim applies to business as well.

If you are single, don’t let Hollywood and society make you think you are secretly gay or a loser who needs to “man-up.” Embrace the free time to travel, make great art, and build a big business. As Napoleon Hill said, “Your big opportunity may be right where you are now.”

Anyone who is afraid to be alone should try following a book called Monk Mode when it comes out. You will feel like a god not masturbating and wasting your energy with women.

Speaking of gods, our 6th Hardcore No B.S. New Years Resolution is:

6) Bow to No Authority and Become Your Own Authority

Authority figures have been corrupt throughout the ages, but in the information age, we can find the truth. Information shatters the faux gilded pedestals that authority figures stand on.

Put yourself on a pedestal, and protect your self-appointed authority status with the truth.

If you help to enlighten people, they will love and support you.

The only problem with the information age is that the mechanisms for mind control have gotten more powerful. We enslave ourselves with pleasurable poison they give to us. Attraction, as I said before, is more powerful than force.

Since we do not want to enslave ourselves, we must follow the 7th Hardcore No B.S. New Years Resolution which is to. . .

7) Turn Off the TV (Netflix), Turn off the News, and Turn off Social Media

I laugh at Millennials who think they are superior to Boomers because they don’t watch TV. They say “HA HA I’m not an idiot who watches TV!” but then they sit down all day in front of mindless YouTube, social media, and Netflix.

Netflix is the same thing as TV- mindless entertainment at best, but more nefariously, it is social programming. Movies, shows and the news have an agenda to program the mind so you serve the masters of this world instead of yourself. Not much entertainment, and no mainstream entertainment, is created with enlightenment of the individual in mind.

Stop paying for Netflix and stay logged off Youtube!

If you use YouTube, don’t login to your account. I find that I waste time on Youtube if I’m logged in because I will check notifications and watch many videos I would not have watched otherwise.

Instead, just think about the information or content creator you would like to see and search for it. Never watch more than one related video or else you will enter the YouTube black hole.

News and social media are the worst poisons of all.

I deleted my facebook a long time ago and it was the best “time-hack” I’ve ever done. I magically have all sorts of time to record musicians, make music, write, and start a business that just never seemed to never happen before deleting facebook. 

All the private schools in Silicon Valley make the kids check in their phones at the door. The kids play with blocks instead of computers. They KNOW how harmful these things are to the development of the growing mind so they avoid poisoning their kids, meanwhile public schools are obsessed with wasting your tax dollars to buy tablets for your (slave) kids.

Silicon Valley Executives  are the Dope Dealers, and we are the Dope Fiends!

People on social media wallow in their own poo poo and then poo poo more when they hear the news. News Flash: the news is designed to make you a fearful slave, rather than an enlightened master! When I was a news junkie, well, I was a damned junkie! I’d rather shoot heroin than follow news ever again.

Constant dopamine rushes from games, videos, and social media make it hard to enjoy the small things in life. If you are going to watch a movie or play a game, do it with friends or family. That is why the 8th Hardcore no Bs New years Resolution is to. . .

8) Appreciate Those Who You Love in Life!

Two, four, six, eight who do we appreciate? Remember to appreciate, love, and laugh while you can now because deaths door could open tomorrow.

When my mother was dying, she did not let me know how terminal her illness was. If I didn’t have a do it NOW mentality, I would have said oh I can visit her tomorrow, oh I will see her tomorrow. Well, tomorrow would have been too late and I would have lived with regret for the rest of my life.

There are some places in the world that do not understand what a vacation is. To them, it feels like a punishment to leave their friends and families.

Life is all about relationships! We love our family, our friends, and our lovers. Without them, life would be hollow- it would be black and white.

What does accomplishment mean if you cannot share it with those you love and rub it in the face of those you hate?

If your friends and family are bad influences, ignore them and do your own thing. You will attract new friends and family will reach out and be willing to meet on your terms if they want to see you. In fact, you can use this extra time to. . .

9) Make art!

The best hobby in the world is to make art. Whether it is photography, painting, crafts, writing,  or music, creating art fulfills the soul. It is even better when you can make a living from your art without compromising to popular trends. To do so, you must attract and sell people on your artistic vision.

I started making music 6 months ago more in depth. I’ve played around here and there, but I started taking it more seriously.

 The  satisfaction you get from improving my artistic ability is unparalleled.

There are women who have said to me “you look like a musician” when I never had that comment before. Creating art radiates something within the soul and changes how you look for the better.

I don’t care if you are “bad at art,” just do it. Make it a goal to get better. I have heard “Drawing on the right side of the brain” by Betty Edwards is the best book for going from stick drawings to drawings that make people ask “How long you have been an artist for?”.

You don’t even need an instrument to make music! I’ve always liked electronic and hip hop music and anyone can make these types of music on a basic computer. I use FL Studio because it is the easiest DAW (digital audio workstation) to learn and use to make music without outside recording and without sacrificing advanced options (Pro Tools is more for people who are recording bands). If you decide to buy it the updates are free for life! 

I still don’t know jack about notes or music theory and it barely makes sense after studying it for a while. I just go by my ear and go and grow from there. I play the melodies on my computer keyboard, or draw them into the program, and tweak them until they sound good!

Women love artists.

Maybe you don’t care about art in and of itself, but give it a try to attract women. Eventually you will love the art more than the women, and that’s when they will love you the most.

Even if you are 100% about making money, art opens up your creative side.

The most successful business tycoons are creative thinkers.

If they weren’t, they would be Joe average with an average income doing the same average things as everyone else does. Their average business would fold when times get tough just like any other average business. Above average businesses (made with creative thought) stand the test of time and create lasting legacies.

1)Do it NOW (or it will never be done. In fact doing it yesterday is even better)

2) Wake up early TOMORROW (so you can get it done NOW)

3)Build  your wealth NOW (Start NOW so you can enjoy it later)

4) Stand your ground TODAY (No one can walk over you if you have wealth)

5) Good Romantic Relationships or None at All (standing your ground will make women respect and submit to you, and if they don’t, you have more time to work on yourself to become an authority)

6) Be Your Own Authority NOW (So you can wake up early, build wealth, stand your ground,  attract women, and avoid the pitfalls devious leaders plan for you)

7) Throw out the TV (Neflix), Social Media, and the News TODAY (So you can wake up early without a digital hangover and have time to build wealth)

8) Appreciate Your Friends and Family NOW (You’ll have time for them if you give up social media and the news which divides you from your loved ones)

9) Make Art TODAY(maybe this will build your wealth, give you the confidence to stand your ground, attract women, become an authority, and give your loved ones something to admire about you?)

P.S. I am also giving up caffeine. Caffeine drains you more than it gives you just like any other drug. I have found that good, but unconventional, diet and these pills (the “smooth” without the caffeine) give me the edge and the focus that we want caffeine to give us. I don’t know the effects long term, so I use it sparingly.
